This Privacy Notice explains how Izy Air Ltd (Nigeria) and Izy Air International Ltd (United Kingdom, Company No. 13532233) — together “Izy Air”, “we”, “us” — collect and use personal information through www.izyair.com.

• Flight request details — name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, travel itinerary, passenger numbers, and any preferences or notes you choose to share (for example catering, pet or medical requirements).
• Technical data — IP address and basic request metadata, used for security and anti-abuse purposes.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your charter enquiry and arrange the services you request.
• To send you a confirmation of your enquiry.
• To meet safety, security and regulatory obligations applicable to air carriers.

We process your enquiry on the basis of your consent (given when submitting the form) and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiate. We do not sell personal information.

3. Sharing

Your details are shared only with the Izy Air entity and operational partners needed to fulfil your request (for example handling agents, medical assistance partners for Medevac flights) and with service providers that host our website and deliver our email.

4. Retention

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal and regulatory record-keeping requirements, after which they are deleted.
