“Izy Air” refers to Izy Air Ltd, a Nigerian air carrier licensed by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority and holder of an Air Operator Certificate, and Izy Air International Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 13532233) providing charter brokerage and aircraft sales services. Izy Air International Ltd acts as agent in arranging carriage; carriage is performed by the licensed operator.

2. Website content

Content on www.izyair.com is provided for general information. Aircraft types, specifications, service descriptions and empty leg listings are indicative and subject to change without notice.

3. Enquiries and bookings

Submitting a flight request or empty leg request does not constitute a booking or create a contract of carriage.
All flights, including empty legs, are subject to availability, operational requirements and confirmation at the time of booking.
Any subsequent charter agreement is subject to Izy Air’s charter terms and the conditions of carriage of the operating carrier.

4. Intellectual property

The Izy Air name, wing logo, “YourMove™” and all site content are the property of Izy Air and may not be reproduced without written permission.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Izy Air accepts no liability for loss arising from reliance on information published on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
